  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and manage the safe execution of offshore campaign

Scope

The work scope covered as follows:

  • Technical and commercial bid evaluations
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure cost efficient and technical compliant solution is selected
  • Management of design reviews, risk workshops and HAZID sessions
  • Overall execution of subsea IMR offshore campaign including project management, technical assurance, risk management, Site Integration Testing, and change management
  • Management of subcontractors and Company Provided Items (CPI)
